Environmental protection is equal to health and happiness
Protecting the environment means responsibility. It is the foundation of the long-term development of enterprises, the premise of social recognition and respect, and also related to the health and happiness of themselves and their relatives.
The company invested a lot of funds to introduce a number of environmental protection treatment facilities with advanced technology both at home and abroad to realize the emission of ultra-low sulfide and nitrogen oxides, and set up online continuous monitoring system on each device to monitor the emission of pollutants in real time.
In order to reduce the unorganized discharge of the dynamic and static sealing points of the device, the company has established a set of leakage detection and repair system, i.e., LDAR system. In accordance with the requirements of “Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petrochemical Industry”, the leakage detection and repair plan is formulated, and the leakage detection and repair of production equipment, pipe valves and other dynamic and static sealing points are carried out regularly to reduce the unorganized emission of organic waste gas;
All treatment units of sewage treatment station are sealed, and the collected gas is treated by adsorption method and vacuum desorption-washing oil absorption method;
All raw oil and intermediate product storage tanks in the tank farm are equipped with breathing valves, and the exhalation of the storage tank is introduced into two sets of oil and gas recovery systems for treatment. Then, the treated tail gas is introduced into the carbon black tail gas boiler for further purification.
The project has built its own sewage treatment station. The collected sewage has been treated in the sewage treatment station and discharged into the sewage treatment plant of the park after reaching the Class A of “Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant”. In order to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, the sewage collection system is classified and treated in accordance with the principle of “rain sewage separation and clean sewage separation”.
According to the requirements of “Technical Specification for Seepage Control of Petrochemical Engineering”, corresponding seepage control measures are taken for various seepage control areas.
In addition, JINNENG has built a temporary storage site for hazardous wastes, with hazardous waste management plans, accounts and operation records, and filed them for future reference, in the light of the requirements of the standard for “Pollution Control of Hazardous Waste Storage”.
