Qin Qingping, a member of the Communist Party of China with a college degree, was born in December 1962 in Boxing County, Shandong Province. He is a deputy to the 12th and 13th National People’s Congress of Shandong Province, and the chairman of JINNENG.
He once served as deputy head of Hanqiao Town, deputy secretary of Liulv Town, Secretary of Youth League Committee, Secretary of Daokou Town Party Committee, Secretary of Dajiawa Town Party Committee and director of Shouguang Real Estate Administration Bureau. He has won many honorary titles, such as “Shandong Labor Model”, “Shandong Enterprise Technology Innovation Leader” and “the Second Top 10 Leaders of Low Carbon in Shandong”.
